　　光照培養(yǎng)箱主要特點(diǎn)：

　　1、箱體的隔熱材料采用聚胺酯現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)泡的泡沫塑料，對(duì)外來(lái)熱（冷）源有較強(qiáng)的抗干擾能力。

　　2、內(nèi)腔采用工程塑料成型工藝制作，有較強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕能力。

　　3、全玻璃式箱門方便觀察工作內(nèi)腔。

　　4、為保護(hù)制冷壓縮機(jī)，控制線路設(shè)計(jì)有斷電保護(hù)和4分鐘延時(shí)功能。

　　5、溫度自動(dòng)控制，采用紅色LFD顯示器顯示數(shù)字直觀清晰。

　　光照培養(yǎng)箱使用說(shuō)明：

　　1、將培養(yǎng)箱放于平整堅(jiān)實(shí)的地面上，調(diào)節(jié)箱體下端兩支撐螺桿，使箱體安置平穩(wěn)。

　　2、插上電源插座（電源應(yīng)有良好接地），按下“電源開(kāi)關(guān)”，顯示屏亮，此時(shí)顯示屏所顯示的是培養(yǎng)箱室內(nèi)的實(shí)際溫度及其工作時(shí)間。

　　3、時(shí)間設(shè)定：時(shí)間設(shè)定包括“分鐘”與“小時(shí)”的設(shè)定。按下“SET”設(shè)置鍵，當(dāng)“分鐘”數(shù)碼管顯示位的右下角小數(shù)點(diǎn)亮，即進(jìn)入“分鐘”的設(shè)置狀態(tài)，再按“”或“”鍵來(lái)確認(rèn)培養(yǎng)箱本次工作的“分鐘”時(shí)間（至長(zhǎng)為59分鐘）；再按“SET”鍵，當(dāng)“小時(shí)”數(shù)碼管顯示位的右下角小數(shù)點(diǎn)亮?xí)r，即進(jìn)入“小時(shí)”的設(shè)置狀態(tài)，再按“”或“”鍵來(lái)確認(rèn)培養(yǎng)箱本次工作的“小時(shí)”時(shí)間（至長(zhǎng)為99小時(shí)）。

　　4、溫度設(shè)定：按下“SET”鍵，當(dāng)溫度顯示至后一位數(shù)碼管右下角的小數(shù)點(diǎn)亮?xí)r，即進(jìn)入溫度的設(shè)置狀態(tài)，再按“”或“”鍵來(lái)確認(rèn)培養(yǎng)箱本次設(shè)定溫度（設(shè)定的溫度范圍為5～50）。

　　當(dāng)上述3、4步驟完成時(shí)，按下“ENTER”確認(rèn)鍵以確認(rèn)培養(yǎng)箱本次工作時(shí)間及培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)的工作溫度（設(shè)定溫度）。注意：當(dāng)溫度設(shè)定確認(rèn)之后，不能隨意頻繁的來(lái)回設(shè)定溫度，以免壓縮機(jī)啟動(dòng)頻繁，造成壓縮機(jī)出現(xiàn)過(guò)載現(xiàn)象，影響壓縮機(jī)的使用壽命。

　　5、如需查看培養(yǎng)箱本次所設(shè)的工作時(shí)間及溫度，按下“SET”鍵，顯示面板即顯示所設(shè)定的時(shí)間及溫度，再按下“ENTER”鍵，培養(yǎng)箱的顯示值回復(fù)到原來(lái)的工作狀態(tài)。

　　6、如培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)需要照明時(shí)，按下“照明開(kāi)關(guān)”即可；如箱內(nèi)不需照明時(shí)，應(yīng)將面板上的照明開(kāi)關(guān)置于“關(guān)”的位置，以免影響上層溫度。

　　光照培養(yǎng)箱注意事項(xiàng)及其維護(hù)

　　1、搬運(yùn)時(shí)必須小心，箱體與水平面的夾角不得小于60°。

　　2、當(dāng)使用溫度較低時(shí)，培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)會(huì)有冷凝水產(chǎn)生，應(yīng)定期倒掉位于箱內(nèi)底部積水盤內(nèi)的積水。

　　3、為了保持設(shè)備的美觀，不得用酸或堿及其它腐蝕性物品來(lái)擦箱體表面，箱內(nèi)可以用干布定期擦干。

　　4、當(dāng)培養(yǎng)箱在停止使用時(shí)，應(yīng)拔掉電源插頭。

　　5、培養(yǎng)箱距墻壁的距離應(yīng)大于10cm，以確保制冷系統(tǒng)散熱良好。

　　6、室內(nèi)應(yīng)干燥，通風(fēng)良好，相對(duì)濕度保持在85%以下，不應(yīng)有腐蝕性物質(zhì)存在，避免陽(yáng)光直接照射在培養(yǎng)箱上。

　　7、所用電源必須具有可靠地線，確保培養(yǎng)箱地線與網(wǎng)電源的地線接觸可靠，防止漏電或網(wǎng)電源意外造成的危害。

　　常見(jiàn)光照培養(yǎng)箱此類儀器常見(jiàn)故障有：壓縮機(jī)不制冷，培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)溫度不均勻，或者循環(huán)風(fēng)口結(jié)冰等現(xiàn)象。

　　平衡模式工作下壓縮機(jī)一直處于工作狀態(tài)制冷效果比較好且對(duì)壓縮機(jī)可以得到有效保養(yǎng)。

　　如果是單制式工作的話溫度降低到一定數(shù)值時(shí)才工作，開(kāi)關(guān)門時(shí)都會(huì)引起溫度大幅度波動(dòng)。造成壓縮機(jī)平凡啟動(dòng)容易縮短其使用壽命。

　　溫度不均勻：有可能是排放物品過(guò)于密集造成或者箱內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)不工作用長(zhǎng)光照的話時(shí)間久燈泡容易發(fā)熱也會(huì)造成溫度不均勻出風(fēng)口結(jié)冰：每種制冷的儀器都會(huì)有化霜周期，在此期間內(nèi)壓縮機(jī)不制冷。靠加熱元件將冷凝器上的冰融化。融化后的水很有可能會(huì)聚集到出風(fēng)口導(dǎo)致結(jié)冰。

　　Directions for use

　　1. Place the incubator on a flat and solid ground and adjust the two supporting screws at the lower end of the cabinet to make the housing stable.

　　2. Plug in the socket (the power should be well grounded), press the "power switch", and the display screen will be on. The display screen shows the actual temperature and working time of the incubator room.

　　3. Time setting: time setting includes "minutes" and "hours". Press "SET" to enter the setting state of "minute" when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the display position of "minute" digital tube is bright. Then press "" or" "to confirm the" minute "time of the incubator work (the longest is 59 minutes). Press "SET" key again, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the display position of "hour" digital tube is bright, that is to enter the setting state of "hour", and then press "" or" "key to confirm the" hour "time of the incubator work (the longest is 99 hours).

　　Notes and maintenance

　　1. Care must be taken during handling. The Angle between the box body and the horizontal plane should not be less than 60°.

　　2. When the temperature is low, there will be condensed water in the incubator, and the water in the bottom of the tank should be poured out periodically.

　　3, in order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use acid or alkali or other corrosive substances to wipe the surface of the box, the box can be wiped dry with dry cloth regularly.

　　4. Unplug the incubator when it is not in use.

　　5. The minimum distance from the incubator to the wall should be more than 10cm to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.

　　6. The room should be dry and well-ventilated, with relative humidity below 85%, no corrosive substances, and avoid direct sunlight on the incubator.

　　7. The power supply must have a reliable ground wire to ensure that the ground wire of the box is in reliable contact with the ground wire of the network power supply to prevent the damage caused by leakage or accident of the network power supply.

　　Common failures of such instruments include: the compressor is not refrigerated, the temperature in the incubator is not even, or the circulation tuyere is frozen.

　　Under balanced mode, the compressor is always in working state with good refrigeration effect and can be effectively maintained.

　　If it is a single system of work when the temperature drops to a certain number of work, open or close the door will cause a large temperature fluctuations. Cause the compressor ordinary start easy to shorten its service life.

　　Uneven temperature: it is possible that the discharge items are too dense or the circulation fan in the box is not working for a long time. If the bulb is prone to heat for a long time, it will also cause uneven temperature. The air outlet will freeze. Use the heating element to melt the ice on the condenser. The melted water is likely to accumulate in the vents and freeze.
